Description
DESIGNED FOR BOOT CAMPS AND STRENGTH TRAINING
The Nike Free x Metcon combines the lightweight flexibility of Nike Free with the durability and stability of Nike Metcon shoes—which means it can stand up to short runs, boot camps, strength training, and the WOD.
Durability
The lightweight mesh is extra durable in high-wear areas, as well as stable and flexible. Rubber wraps up the sides of the shoe to help resist abrasion during rope climbs.
Flexibility
Deep grooves along the sole allow the shoe to flex and expand in every direction. This means an incredibly natural, lightweight feel as you train.
Stable Cushioning
The midsole is made of soft foam within a firmer foam carrier. This provides comfortable cushioning where you need it and stability for heavy weightlifting.

I bought these shoes 2 weeks ago & one of the back straps already ripped as well as the edge of the sole is separating along the front edges. I was severely disappointed that the strap tore so easily considering the price of the shoes. Other than that, they are lightweight & very comfortable.

Handles everything I throw at them perfectly. Snatches, Cleans, Running Double Unders and Rope Climbs. No need to ever change into an Olympic lifting shoe, comfortable out the box stable, every chance I get I’m buying another pair [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

These shoes look really nice but since they run narrow for me, you can kind of see my feet bulging out. I use them for when I squat and deadlift, they do provide good stability and I notice my lifts feel a lot better.
